Wallet Issues

Try these steps:
  1. Use /start command again
  2. Ensure you’re in private chat (not group)
  3. Check bot isn’t blocked
  4. Wait 30 seconds and retry
  5. Restart Telegram app

Common causes:Wrong network:
  • Must use Polygon network for direct deposits
  • Check you didn’t send on Ethereum mainnet
Wrong token:
  • Must be USDC (not USDT, DAI, etc.)
  • Check transaction on PolygonScan
Still processing:
  • Wait 1-2 minutes for Polygon confirmation
  • Use /balance to refresh
Wrong address:
  • Verify you sent to correct wallet address
  • Check address from /wallet matches

If you lose Telegram access:
  • Your wallet is linked to your Telegram ID
  • Regain Telegram access to regain wallet access
  • Enable 2FA on Telegram to prevent loss
Exporting wallet:
  • Contact support for export options
  • Your wallet is a standard Polygon wallet
  • Can be used with MetaMask, etc.

Trading Problems

Quick fixes:
  1. Ensure you’re clicking in Insider group (if applicable)
  2. Check you have sufficient balance
  3. Verify market is still open
  4. Try again in 30 seconds
  5. Use /wallet to check balance
If button redirects but no response:
  • Check bot isn’t blocked in settings
  • Start new chat with bot
  • Try /trade command to access pending trade from alert click
Check these:
  • Balance shows in USDC (not POL tokens)
  • Funds confirmed on Polygon network
  • Not just pending deposit
  • Decimal amounts may round differently
Use /balance to see exact available amount.
This is normal - price slippage:
  • Prices change in real-time
  • Alert shows price at that moment
  • Execution uses current price
  • Fast-moving markets = more slippage
Bot always shows final price before confirming.
Possible reasons:Market closed:
  • Already resolved
  • Check if event happened
  • Payout may be automatic
Low liquidity:
  • No buyers at current price
  • Try again later
  • May need to accept lower price
Technical issue:
  • Wait 5 minutes and retry
  • Check /positions to verify
  • Contact support if persists
Market resolved:
  • Check if event concluded
  • Winning shares → USDC in wallet
  • Losing shares → worthless
  • Check /balance for payout
Still active:
  • Use /positions to view
  • May be on different page (pagination)
  • Filter might be hiding it
Transaction failed:
  • Check confirmation message
  • Balance should be unchanged
  • Try trade again

Copy Trading

Check these settings:
  1. Subscription is active (not paused)
  2. Sufficient balance available
  3. Trade meets your min/max limits
  4. Copy buys is enabled
  5. Wallet address is correct

Solutions:
  • Pause some subscriptions
  • Increase minimum trade size
  • Lower multipliers
  • Set lower max trade sizes
  • Keep more balance reserved
Balance your exposure across traders.
  1. Use /copytrade command
  2. Click “My Subscriptions”
  3. Select the trader
  4. Click “Pause” (temporary) or “Delete” (permanent)
Existing positions remain open - close manually if desired.
What to do:
  • Check their wallet on PolygonScan
  • Wait 1-2 weeks before deciding
  • Consider pausing subscription
  • Look for alternative traders
  • Delete if inactive for 1+ month
Trader inactivity is normal sometimes.

Insider Access

Checklist:
  • Used Solana network (not Ethereum!)
  • Sent USDC (not another token)
  • Sent correct amount ($29.99 or discounted)
  • Copied full transaction signature
  • Waited 5 minutes for confirmation

Verify:
  • You’re in the Insider group
  • Group notifications are enabled
  • Not muted in Telegram settings
  • Bot hasn’t been removed from group
Check subscription:
  • Use /subscribe to see status
  • May have expired (30 days)
  • Renew if needed
No auto-renewal:
  • Subscriptions are month-to-month
  • Simply don’t renew when it expires
  • You’ll be removed from group automatically
  • No cancellation needed
Want to stop immediately:
  • No refunds after first 7 days typically
  • Leave group if you want
  • Won’t be charged again

  4. Clear Telegram cache
  5. Try on different device

  • Verify internet connection
  • Bot may be under maintenance (rare)

Ensure:

  • No extra spaces

Common errors:“User not found”:

Immediate actions:
  1. Change Telegram password
  2. Enable 2FA if not enabled
  3. Check /balance for unusual activity
  4. Review /positions for unauthorized trades
  5. Contact support immediately
  6. Consider moving funds to new wallet
Prevention:
  • Never share account access
  • Use strong passwords
  • Enable 2FA
  • Don’t click suspicious links

Account Management

To stop using:
  • Simply stop using the bot
  • Withdraw your funds first
  • Account becomes inactive
Full deletion:
  • Contact support for account deletion
  • Provide Telegram ID
  • Confirm you’ve withdrawn funds
  • Cannot be undone
Policy:
  • One account per Telegram user
  • Multiple accounts may violate ToS
  • Especially for referral abuse
Need separate wallets:
  • Use one bot account
  • Can import multiple wallets
  • Or use different services
Account is tied to Telegram ID:
  • Change in Telegram settings
  • Bot follows your Telegram account
  • No separate registration needed
Changing Telegram phone = same bot account.
